Welcome to the Work World THE CREW Loyalty Program (the "Program"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Program. By enrolling in orparticipating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as Work World's general Website Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. WORK WORLD’S GENERAL WEBSITE TERMS OF USE CONTAIN A BINDING ARBITRATION PROVISION WHICH MAY BE ENFORCED BY THE PARTIES AND INCLUDE A WAIVER OF YOUR CLASS ACTION RIGHTS. Please read these Terms carefully.
1.1. Eligibility: The Program is open to individuals who are legal residents of the United States, are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in theirjurisdiction ofresidence, and have a valid Work World account. Membership is void where prohibited by law. This Program is for personal use only and is not available to resellers, commercialaccounts or bulk-buying organizations. Limit one account per person, regardless of device.
1.2. Enrollment: To enroll in the Program, you must create an account on the Work World website (https://account.workworld.com) and agree to these Terms. Only one (1) Program account ispermitted per individual. Work World reserves the right to refuse membership to any applicant. By enrolling, yourepresent that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and a legal resident of the United States. Enrollment and participation are void where prohibited by law.
2.1. Rewards Credit Accrual: Members can earn rewards credits through qualifying purchases made on the Work World website and through other activities as may bedesignated by Work World from time to time. The rate at which rewards credits are earned will be specified by Work World and may be subject to change (currently 5% of the net merchandise subtotal of qualifying purchases). Unless otherwise specified, rewards credits post approximately21 days after shipment. Rewards credits do notaccrue on cancelled or returned items. If any portion of a qualifying purchase is cancelled, refunded, or subject to a chargeback after a rewards credit has posted or been redeemed, we may deduct corresponding rewards credit from your account, create a negative balance, or charge the original payment method (up to the value of rewards credit improperly redeemed), to the fullest extent permitted by law. We may round accruals to the nearest cent and prorate accruals for partial returns. Any applicable taxes related to participation or redemption are your responsibility. We do notprovide tax advice.

2.2. Qualifying Purchases: Rewards credits aregenerally earned on the net purchaseamount of eligible products, excluding taxes, shipping fees, discounts, returns, and gift card purchases. Work World reserves the right todetermine which purchases qualify forrewards credits and tomodify these criteria at any time.
2.3. Bonus Offers: Work World may offer additional opportunities to earn rewards credits through special promotions, bonus offers, or engagement activities. Such offers will be subject to their own specific terms and conditions.
2.4. No Cash Value: Rewards credits have no cash value, are not legal tender, are not a gift card, gift certificate, or merchandise credit, and may not be redeemed for cash or for gift cards, except as required by law. Rewards credits are personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, assigned, or combined with another member’s account.
2.5. Employer Voucher Redemption: The following restrictions apply when a Member makes a purchase using an employer-issued voucher ("Employer Voucher").
(a) Rewards Credit Accrual. When an Employer Voucher is applied to a transaction,rewards credits will be earned solely on theportion of the transaction amount paid by the Member through a separate, eligible tender (e.g., cash, debit card, or credit card). No rewards credits will beaccrued on theportion of the transaction amount satisfied by an Employer Voucher. All other accrual termsset forth in Sections 2.1 and 2.2 shall apply to the eligible tenderportion of such transactions.
(b) Tender Restrictions. Employer Vouchers may not be combined with CREW CASH in a single in-store transaction. A Member may not apply both an Employer Voucher and accumulated rewards credits as tender in the same retail store purchase.
Work World reserves the right to modify the terms applicable to Employer Voucher transactions at any time and without prior notice.
3.1. Redemption Process: Accumulated rewards credits can be redeemed on future purchases as specified by Work World. All loyalty rewards credits can only be redeemed in conjunction with a valid purchase on https://www.workworld.com/.
3.2. Reward Availability: Rewards credits are subject to availability and may be changed or discontinued at any time withoutnotice. Rewards credits may be applied only to merchandise subtotal on purchases atwww.workworld.com and may not be applied to taxes, shipping, fees, or gift cards. Stacking with other offers, coupons, or discounts may be limited or prohibited in our discretion. We may set minimum or maximum redemption amounts per order.
3.3 Unclaimed Property: Rewards credits are a promotional incentive issued without separate consideration and is not a gift card, gift certificate, or merchandise credit issued for returned merchandise.Rewards credits are not subject to unclaimed property/escheat, except as required by applicable law.
4.1. Expiration: Your rewards credit balance will expire after sixty days (60 days) if not redeemed. Expiration dates will be displayed in your account. We may, but are not obligatedto, send reminder notices prior toexpiration. Expired rewards credits will not be reinstated, except as required by law.
5.1. Overview and Scope:Work World offers enhanced benefits within THE CREW Rewards Program for eligible U.S. Military personnel, Veterans, and active Union Members (each a "Special Tier"). Except as expresslymodified by the provisions of this Section 5, all standard Terms and Conditions of THE CREW Rewards Program apply in full to all Special Tier accounts.
5.2. Eligibility and Verification Requirements:To enroll in a Special Tier and receive the associated benefits outlined, individuals must have an active CREW Rewards account and complete a mandatory, one-time, in-person verification at a participating Work World, Whistle Workwear or Shoeteria retail store location.Special Tier status cannot be verified orchanged online.
(a) Military & Veterans Tier Eligibility: Open to active-duty military members, reservists, National Guard, retirees, and veterans of the U.S. Armed Forces. Verification requires presenting a valid government-issued Military ID, Veteran ID Card (VIC), Form DD-214, or a state driver’s license displaying a Veteran designation.Eligibility must be verified in-person and confirmed at the sole discretion of a Work World store employee.
(b) Union Members Tier Eligibility: Open to active members of a recognized labor union. Verification requires presenting a valid, current union membership card, a recent union dues receipt, or official union credentials.Eligibility must be verified in-person and confirmed at the sole discretion of a Work World store employee.
(c) Tier Limitations: Limit one (1) Special Tier designation per member account. Special Tier benefits do not stack (e.g., a member who is both a veteran and a union member is limited to one 10% Cash Back incentive rate). Work World reserves the right to request periodic re-verification or tomodify accepted forms of identification at its sole discretion.
5.3. Enhanced Cash Back Rewards (10% Cash Back):Upon successful in-store verification, members of a Special Tier will earn rewards credits at an enhanced rate of ten percent (10%) of the net merchandise subtotal on all qualifying purchases made both in-store and online atwww.workworld.com. This promotional rate replaces the standard program’s five percent (5%) accrual rate. All standard exclusions (including but not limited to taxes, shipping fees, returns, and gift card purchases) and the standard sixty (60) day rewardsexpiration timeline remain strictly in effect.
5.4. One-Time In-Store First Purchase Discount (10% Off): Members are entitled to a one-time tenpercent (10%) discount on their first in-store purchase made after successful verification as a Special Tier member.This discount is valid for a single transaction at physical retail stores only and cannot be applied to online purchases.The discount applies strictly to the net merchandise subtotal of eligible items and excludes taxes, gift cards, and prior purchases.This one-time discount cannot be combined or stacked with other coupons, storewide sales, or employer voucher programs unless explicitlypermitted by Work World.
5.5. Exclusive 2X Rewards Days: Special Tier members will receive exclusive access to designated "Double Rewards Days" promotional events. During these specified promotional timeperiods, as announced by Work World, Special Tier members will earn double theirtier’s standard rate—amounting to twenty percent (20%) cash back in rewards credits on qualifying purchases.
6.1. Right to Modify or Terminate: Work World reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, or any aspect thereof, including these Terms, at any time, for any reason, and without liability, even if changes affect the value of rewards credits already accumulated or the ability to redeem them. Work World mayterminate your account for suspected reseller/commercial activity in violation of the eligibility restrictions above.
6.2. Notice of Changes: Work World willendeavor to provide reasonable notice of any material changes to the Program or these Terms. Such notice may be provided via email, posting on the Work World's website, or othermeans.For any material adverse change, we willendeavor to provide at least thirty (30) days’ notice. Upon termination of the Program, we will provide a reasonable period to redeem previously posted, unexpired rewards credits, except where termination is due to fraud, illegal conduct, or events beyond our reasonable control.
6.3. Effect of Termination: Upon termination of the Program, all accumulated rewards credits may beforfeited, except as required by applicable law.
7.1. Account Closure by Member: You may close your Program account at any time by contacting Work World customer service. Upon closure, all accumulated rewards credits will beforfeited.
7.2. Account Suspension or Termination by Work World: Work World reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Program account and/or forfeit all accumulated rewards credits if Work World determines, in its sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused the Program, manipulated transactions, exploited bugs, engaged in resale or commercial activity, or provided false information. Such actions may result in immediate termination without prior notice or grace period.
8.1. Collection and Use of Personal Information: Your participation in the Program involves the collection and use of your personal information, including but not limited to your name, email address, purchase history, and demographic information. This data is collected to administer the Program, personalize your experience, and for marketing purposes.
8.2. Privacy Policy: All personal information collected in connection with the Program is subject to Work World's Privacy Policy, available at https://www.workworld.com/policies/privacy-policy. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand our data collection, usage, and sharing practices.
8.3. Consent: By enrolling in the Program, you provide your affirmative consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Your consent must be freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous. By enrolling, you may receive Program-related emails. You can manage your preferences at any time.
8.4. Consumer Rights: Work World respects your data privacy rights. You have the right to access,delete, correct, and opt-out of the sale or sharing of your personal data. Participation in the Program is voluntary, and opting out of data processing, sale, or sharing will not restrict your access to products or services unrelated to the Program. For California residents, if the Program is considered a "financial incentive" for data collection, you will be notified of the material terms of the incentive, and you may revoke your consent at any time. We provide rewards credits in connection with the collection and use of personal information. Valuation is based on our good-faith estimate of the value of this data and the method used to calculate that value (including the average value of rewards creditissueds, expected redemption rates, andanticipated marketing and operational benefits. Participation is voluntary; you may withdraw at any time without charge by contacting support or via your account settings. Withdrawing will stop future accruals but will not affect your access to unrelated products and services.”
8.5. Revocation of Consent: You may withdraw your consent to data collection and processing related to the Program at any time by contacting Work World customer service or by using any opt-out mechanisms provided. Withdrawal of consent may result in your inability toparticipate in the Program or receive certain benefits.
8.6 Do Not Sell/Share: If you exercise your right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information under applicable privacy laws, we will honor your choice. Certain data uses are necessary tooperate the Program (e.g., accounting for accruals/redemptions and preventing fraud). If you restrict these necessary uses, you may be unable toparticipate in the Program.
