How do you activate the cooling effect?

Activation is fast and easy: simply run the towel under cold water for about one minute until saturated, then wring out the excess water. You can then drape it around your neck or head for immediate, long-lasting cooling relief.

How long does the cooling relief last?

When properly activated, the towel provides up to four hours of cooling relief. If the effect fades, you can simply re-wet the towel to reactivate the cooling process.
