Do I leave my boot's original insoles inside the shoe, or take them out
You must remove your boot's original factory insoles before inserting these. These are "Max Thickness" cushioned insoles designed to replace your current liners entirely. Leaving the original insoles inside will dramatically reduce the overhead space in your boot, causing your toes to jam against the top cap
Is there a break-in period for these work insoles?
Yes, even though they are softer than classic Superfeet models, your feet still need time to adjust to the structured orthotic support. It is highly recommended to wear them for just 1 to 2 hours the first day, and gradually increase your wear time by an hour each day over a two-week period until your feet are fully adapted to all-day use.
